Born and raised in Edmond, it all began for me in a wood shop class at Edmond North Mid High. That's where I first fell in love with power tools, saw dust, and all things woodworking. At the age of 19 I began building furniture, and by the age of 23 I was designing, building and repairing furniture for residential and commercial clients around the central Oklahoma area.
I opened my first furniture shop in Oklahoma City in 1996, called Wm. Graeber Design. In 1999 I moved back to Edmond and started Graeber Design, offering custom furniture, repair and refinishing. In the years from 2000 to 2014 I took on every opportunity I could to learn and expand my skill sets. In 2015 I moved to our current location in North Edmond, and as word spread and popularity of the shop grew, so did my return to custom designed and one of a kind furniture.
Now 30 years after opening that first furniture shop, it's my great joy to still be designing and building custom furniture for the residents and businesses of Central Oklahoma. Every piece with it's own unique style and story, and every piece designed to last a lifetime.

Our process is entirely collaborative and transparent, starting with a design consultation to determine the perfect dimensions, layout, and wood species for your home. We work exclusively with premium solid American hardwoods like Black Walnut and White Oak, selecting each board for its strength and grain character. Because we build specifically for the unique Oklahoma climate, every detail is engineered to ensure your table or cabinetry can withstand real family life for generations.
Combining over 30 years of professional craftsmanship with traditional joinery, we meticulously build each piece using time honored techniques that allow the timber to expand and contract naturally. We expertly apply custom stains to perfectly match your aesthetic, followed by professional grade, commercial finishes that provide maximum protection against daily wear, spills, and washings without losing the wood's natural depth. Whether we are delivering across the Oklahoma City metro area, or it’s headed across the country, we ensure your one of a kind heirloom piece will be designed for its destination, and built to last a lifetime.
